Who we are
Hotel Palmeras Los Cabos ("the Hotel"), located at Ignacio Zaragoza 2710, Ildefonso Green neighborhood, zip code 23470, Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico, is the party responsible for processing your personal data and for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Protecting your personal data
In compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP — Mexico's federal data protection law), its Regulations, and the Guidelines on Privacy Notices, we inform you as follows. Data we collect: name, contact details (phone, email), booking dates and details, and, where applicable, the data needed to process your stay. Payment (card) data is captured and processed directly by our third-party payment platform, and the Hotel does not store it. Purposes: to manage and confirm your reservation, provide lodging services, respond to your requests and questions, issue receipts, and follow up with you as a guest. Secondary purposes (optional): to send you promotions, updates, and communications from the Hotel; you may opt out of these without affecting your reservation.
You're in control of your data
You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, and to object to its processing (ARCO rights, under Mexican law), as well as to revoke, at any time, any consent you have given us. To exercise these rights or to limit the use or disclosure of your data, send your request to hpalmerasloscabos@gmail.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise, and the data involved. We will respond to your request within the timeframes set out by the LFPDPPP. We do not transfer your data to third parties for purposes other than those described here, except for the providers necessary to process your reservation and payment, or where required by law.
Clear rules for your stay
Reservations: bookings are confirmed based on availability. For now, they are handled directly via WhatsApp, phone, or email, and soon through our online booking engine. Check-in and check-out: check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM, subject to availability. Rates: rates published on the site are estimates, shown in Mexican pesos (MXN), and may vary by season, availability, and occupancy; the final rate is confirmed at the time of booking. Deposit, guarantee, and cancellation: deposit or guarantee conditions, along with cancellation, no-show, and refund policies, are provided when your reservation is confirmed and depend on the rate and season booked. Occupancy: each room has a maximum guest capacity that must be respected. The Hotel reserves the right of admission in accordance with the law.
Limitation of liability
The booking engine and online payment processing are integrated and operated through third-party platforms (the booking system and its payment gateway). The Hotel and the website provider are not responsible for failures, outages, billing errors, chargebacks, refunds, or any other issue arising from the operation of these platforms or the processing of payments. Use of the booking engine and payment gateway implies acceptance of those providers' terms and privacy policies. Any issue related to billing will be handled according to the relevant platform's policies.
Content and external links
The content on this site (text, hotel images, logo, and design elements) is the property of Hotel Palmeras Los Cabos or is used with authorization, and may not be reproduced without consent. The site may include links or integrations with external services — such as maps, social media, the booking engine, or the payment gateway — and the Hotel does not control or take responsibility for the content, policies, or performance of those third-party services. Information about rates, availability, and nearby experiences is provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.
Questions about these terms
These Terms, Conditions, and the Privacy Notice are governed by the applicable laws of the United Mexican States, in particular the LFPDPPP regarding personal data. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent authorities in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
